Wow… what an interesting, even dazzling piece. The upper part alone kind of reminds me of various deep-sea, phosphorescent jellies. The lower part, a bit Toulouse-Lautrec, perhaps?

Yah, it’s great. So full of energy and movement. I can sense the excitement of the nightlife and of the new century the artist probably experienced. Looks like a swingin’ party. :)
