Federation Testing

Testing some federation stuff:
- Also some markdown improvements in the dev builds
- This should render as an actual bulleted list in the latest version
- No preceding blank line needed!

Also…
1. This should be a numbered list…
2. …in the latest version

To be clear, 1.6.x versions will mangle those lists above.

- unordered list without blank line above it
- another bullet point

EDIT: oh, I see now down at bottom of piefed.social that it’s still running 1.6.x
